Welcome to the 4th House on 9th St, a blog about my new home.

The "4th House" refers to this home as the 4th house I have purchased and the "9th Street" as its physical location. 

It is a sprawling, Mid-century Modern ranch house, brick and limestone exterior. It is located in the township just outside the little borough where I work - and I will now have either a 7-minute drive or 20-minute walk to work.

My current (soon-to-be previous home) was purchased and renovated with J. Since his passing in January, I realized I can no longer live there happily. Too many memories & I see him in every corner. I am ready for a fresh start, close to friends and work.

The new house was/is owned by a fellow P.E.O. sister who passed in January, the day before J. G, my P.E.O. sister's daughter, believes we were meant to meet, and I was meant to buy the house.

I do not disagree.
